    Your orderwave account can be configured to automatically retrieve your order files, or you can directly post your orders to the orderwave API.  Your orders will be entered into the orderwave workflow, having all payments processed, inventory deductions made and orders sent to the warehouse in pre-determined fulfillment schedules.

  • Care and contact with your customers
    Your customers will be kept informed of their order status through order confirmation emails, tracking emails, decline emails, returns emails and more.  Your customers can even take actions to correct erroneous payment information that is causing declines.

  • Returns automation
    Customers who return your goods will be queued for 1 of 2 actions based on their eligibility for a refund in your return policy.  If the orderwave system deems them eligible for a refund, their refund will be queued to be processed by a customer service manager.  If their return falls outside of your return policy, their return will be queued to be contacted via email, by letter, or by phone (by a customer service representative).
