The bidmachine "inventory upload/download tool" provides this type of functionality. You can create your listings through our easy to use 1-page form or through the bidmachine file format. This file format is a CSV file (comma-separated file) and is a standard format for text-based data. Programs such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Filemaker Pro, and many others easily export to this format.

Bidmachine uses 2 fields for inventory identification, and when using this tool to update your listings you can specify either field to "match" the line in your spreadsheet to the inventory in bidmachine. If a match is located, bidmachine will only update the data that is present in your spreadsheet (so that you will not need to type out every column).
Note that some columns are required!
