DRG Intelligent Computer Concepts, Inc. (Torrance CA) is seeking an individual who can fulfill a customer service role for many different accounts. We are a third party provider of customer service solutions for the direct response and entertainment industries, and need an individual who is capable of learning the intricacies of many products and can respond quickly and professionally to C.S. requests.
Your role would be to:
Learn our in-house system for handling customer service issues
Answer the customer service phone calls and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
The required skills for this position are:
Knowledge of the internet and internet browsing (Our system is a web-based system)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communications skills
Organizational skills
The willingness to learn
The ability to learn quickly and build upon that knowledge!
