Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment (TCFHE) was seeking a company that could:
  1. Manage its announce kit monthly mailings database, actively maintaining the database by making all changes, additions and deletions, as well as prepare the data for mailings, converting the data to the proper shipping format, and...

  2. Administer its retailer and consumer hotlines. ICC created a customized database and created a program that would export the data into the necessary shipping format. ICC created telephone scripts, which were tied into the database, and formed a "Team Fox" group of trained phone reps to administer the hotlines. 

From this initial partnership grew a deep relationship, expanding the scope of work that ICC provided, including:

Fox Drop - ICC set-up a toll-free number, fax line, e-mail address and FTP site for TCFHE Accounts to request and receive artwork materials. An ICC team handles these time-sensitive requests, maintaining inventory, providing reporting, tracking information and PODs. 

Sales Communications Distribution - ICC distributes, via e-mail and fax and hardcopy, account specific sales materials to TCFHE accounts.

Special projects include Street Date Violation outbound telemarketing programs, in which video retailers call a hotline number to report a store breaking street date and Sweepstakes administration.
